Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last Updated on 4th Sep 2026
Thank you for choosing Debug Deploy and for enrolling in one of our products, services, workshops, or courses through debugdeploy.com or learners.debugdeploy.com. Before you complete your purchase, please take a few minutes to read through this policy so you know exactly where you stand if your plans change.
No Cancellations or Refunds
Once a purchase is made, it is final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds on any product, service, workshop, or course listed on our platforms, regardless of the reason for the request. We understand this is a firm stance, but our courses are structured around limited-seat, cohort-based batches, and a confirmed enrollment reserves both a seat and instructor bandwidth that we’re unable to reallocate at short notice. That said, we do give you flexibility in two specific ways, outlined below.
Changing Your Batch or Transferring Your Seat
If you’re no longer able to attend the batch you originally signed up for, you have two options:
Switch to a different batch running at a later date, subject to availability.
Transfer your seat to another candidate, who will attend the course in your place.
A few things to keep in mind about certificates and fees:
The completion certificate is issued only once, and only in the name of the candidate who actually attends the full course and clears the required examination. It cannot be reissued or reassigned afterward.
If the batch you’re switching to costs more than what you originally paid, you’ll need to pay the difference before the switch is confirmed.
If the new batch costs less, we’ll issue you a credit note for the difference. This credit note doesn’t expire into thin air — you can use it toward the part or full payment of any other course we offer.
Advance Notice Requirements — Please Read Carefully
We know things come up — work deadlines, travel, family emergencies. To help us accommodate you without disrupting the batch for other learners, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible:
For any change to your scheduled class — whether that’s a reschedule, a shift in timing, or a general change request — please let us know at least 7 days before your class is scheduled to begin. This lead time allows our team to adjust logistics, notify instructors, and keep the batch running smoothly for everyone enrolled.
For a formal batch change or candidate name transfer (as described in Section 2), the request must reach us at least 72 hours before the course start date. Requests made after this window cannot be processed, and the original enrollment terms will stand.
To request either of the above, simply write to us at trainings@debugdeploy.com with your order details and the change you’d like to make. Our team typically responds within one business day.
Absence From a Workshop, Course, or Examination
If a candidate does not attend a scheduled workshop, course session, or examination, they will be marked absent. In such cases:
No replacement lectures or make-up examinations will be arranged.
The candidate is not eligible for a refund.
This is why we strongly encourage reaching out to us in advance (see Section 3) rather than after the fact — a heads-up before the class starts gives us room to help; a no-show afterward, unfortunately, does not.
Questions or Requests
For anything related to batch changes, candidate transfers, rescheduling, or general questions about this policy, our team is just an email away at trainings@debugdeploy.com. We’d rather help you find a workable solution early than have you miss out on the course altogether.
